My Planning & Tracking Essentials

I’ve always wondered what my talent is & since planning countless events, trips & everything in between, I’ve come to realise I’ve got a knack for organisation.

If any of you journal rifflers are wondering what I’ve got opened in my tabs — here you go!

p.s. in celebration of my birthday month, everyone has an all access pass to my templates with BOOKISHBAT30 upon checkout — till the end of Jan’26 🖤

In an effort to track my reads & build a digital library, I’ve given platforms like goodreads, fable, margins, bookmory, etc. a go & even purchased goodnotes templates. I was eventually introduced to Notion by my friend. Life has not been the same since!

I would go as far as to say that my reading tracker (dubbed "The Reading Archives) is my one pride & joy in life. I’d honestly be distraught if it disappears. After using it for about 3 to 4 years, I’ve decided to share my beloved template with the world.

I just love seeing all my books on display

If you’re keen on a fully customisable reading tracker, here’s what you can expect!

If there’s one thing about, it’s that I simply must have a list for anything & everything in my life — travel, packing essentials, events, post death matters — you name it, I probably have a list for it somewhere.

Since dabbling with building my own notion template (see Reading Archive), it was only a matter of time before I found myself building this monstrosity. I had enough of buying/making planners year after year & flitting through multiple apps for my lists. Thus my lifetime planner was born!

since I started freelancing, this has been my favourite section

If you’re keen on consolidating all your lists & important documents in a single tracker, here’s what you’ll find!

pages include:
  • yearly planner

  • event planner

  • insurance & important documents

  • interests (books & movies archives)

  • journal entries

  • milestones tracker

  • budget & expense tracker (includes project fund management, vacation funds, etc)

  • post-death matters (relevant files needed for settling post death matters)

  • study notes

  • travel planner

  • work

I can’t imagine how I lived life without these & I hope they bring you readers as much joy as they do, me!
